The previous HRMS managed payroll reasonably well, but the process took approximately 5\u20136 hours. PizzaExpress UAE expected Yomly to make payroll faster while also improving reporting, dashboards and visibility across HR and payroll data.<\/p>\n\n\n

Yomly provides more than 300 standard reports, but PizzaExpress UAE mainly relies on customised reports because the standard options do not always return the data it needs. Its previous system let HR choose the headers and build a report around a simple request; the current standard employee report can still require the team to remove unrequired columns.<\/p>\n\n\n

Recurring Time & Attendance and Leave synchronisation issues still require support or manual correction. Bulk uploads for increments, reimbursements and deductions could also be simpler.<\/p>\n\n\n

For hospitality, the team sees an opportunity for deeper support for 24-hour operations, complex shifts, public holidays, duty rosters and days in lieu. Building these capabilities with hospitality customers as standard product features could strengthen the platform for the wider industry.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

One cleaner payroll process<\/h2>\n\n\n

Payroll processing now takes around one hour when all inputs and Yomly\u2019s backend calculations are accurate, compared with approximately 5\u20136 hours previously. The clearest result is time saved, while the final output is considerably easier to review.<\/p>\n\n\n

The customised payroll report is clean, concise and easier for HR, Finance and the Director to review. Greater self-service control over report fields, along with stronger dashboards and BI-style reporting, would add significant value for the HR team.<\/p>\n\n\n

Employees find the mobile application user-friendly, visually appealing and easier to navigate than the previous system. Yomly\u2019s support team has also helped the business resolve payroll-related data issues when they occur.<\/p>\n\n\n

More reliable Time & Attendance and Leave synchronisation, simpler bulk uploads and deeper standard support for hospitality workflows would reduce the remaining manual work.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n
